INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Pedale88 offers shipping to countries outside the Europe. The amount shown at checkout is for shipping charges only and does not include any import duty or taxes charged by your country, brokerage charges applied by the shipping carrier, or currency conversion fees. Any additional charges are due at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Consult your local customs office to determine what fees, if any, your country may charge.
Do not order if you are unwilling or unable to pay the import duty, tax, and customs charges at delivery. If you refuse delivery because of non-payment of these fees, your items will be abandoned by the shipping carrier and you will not receive a refund.
We process all transactions in Pound Sterling (GBP). Your card issuer will convert currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Many credit/debit card issuers charge a fee or percentage for transactions not in your native currency. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility.
Pedale88 Bikes ships using FedEx, ParcelForce and PS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.
We stand behind the quality of all our goods as we have made sure the highest quality standards are used in our production process.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any of our goods we are happy to fully refund your order.
Our policy lasts 21 days from when you receive your dispatch notification. We must stress the 21 day period begins from the date we DISPATCH your order so if you have pre ordered you will still have the same returns period as you normally would.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any make up or deodorant marks on the clothing will make the product unfit for resale therefore you will not be eligible for a refund.

We also require proof of purchase in your return in the form of a receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
